Island Spa and Sauna has a given set of rules regarding etiquette that we ask you to abide to. They are related to items such as the use of clothing, uniforms, usage of our towels, personal care, sound in our facilities, the use of cell phones and bringing items from outside.
Nudity: with commitment to the Korean Bathhouse culture, bathing suits and clothing are not allowed in the bathing area, guests must be fully nude.
Uniforms: Island Spa & Sauna uniforms must be worn and visible at all times in the common areas outside of the locker and baths.
Returning towels and uniforms: all guests must respect the communal spa culture and return all towels and uniforms to the laundry bins.
Personal care: no nail clipping, oil use, and hair dying allowed.
Quiet signs: please adhere to quiet signs around the facility to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.
Use of cell phones: cell phone usage in the locker and bathing area is not permitted to ensure comfort and privacy of our guests. Island Spa & Sauna reserves the right to confiscate any recording materials under due suspicion.
Bringing items from outside: non-Island spa sleepwear, towels, blankets, and pillows are prohibited.
