It is very easy to get lost in relaxation with our saunas, so be sure to keep these in mind:
- To reduce the risk of overheating, exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
- Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care - the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene recommends that those who are pregnant, taking prescription drugs, or have poor health, have high blood pressure, heart disease, or circulatory disease should not use this facility before consulting their physician.
- Breathing heated air in conjunction with consumption of alcohol, drugs, or medication may cause unconsciousness.
- Use of a steam room or sauna should not exceed 10 minutes, as excessive exposure may be harmful to health.
