By entering Island Spa & Sauna, you are agreeing to follow our rules and policies.
All guests who book a service will be required to purchase a general admission pass and present a physical government/state-issued photo ID to enter the facility.
- Guests are not required to make a reservation prior to their visit for general admission
- Admission does not include any spa services or other purchases inside (e.g. food & beverages; retail items)
- Guests who book/purchase a service appointment are still required to purchase a general admission pass.
- There is no re-entry. You will not be able to re-enter once you exit the premises
- Children between the ages of 4 to 16 are admitted only when accompanied by a same sex guardian.
- Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted into the facility during regular business days.
- Only on official Island Spa & Sauna Family Days will children of all ages be admitted.
- All guests, including transgender guests, have the right to access the spa in a manner consistent with their gender identity and gender expression.
- Breaking Island Spa and Sauna’s policies allows the company to keep record of identification, along with the permanent banning of the guest.
- We reserve the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse the admission of or eject those who are under the influence or who have any condition that poses a threat to the health or safety of themselves and/or others.
Upon reaching maximum capacity we reserve the right to instate a wait list system for any incoming admissions.
