All admission, product, and service sales are final.
Any dissatisfaction after a service will not be honored or lead to any refund whatsoever. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we must be notified us within the first 5 minutes of the service being provided so that we can address your complaint.
Additional non-returnable items include: event tickets, gift cards, downloadable software product, admission and service passes, online specials, health and personal care retail products, food and beverages.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a credit or a refund for something other than the above was issued and you haven't received it yet, please wait 5-7 days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
