In the event that we reach maximum capacity, we reserve the right to instate a wait list system for any incoming admissions. Any guests that have pre-booked service appointments will bypass this wait list and enter the facility without any delays.
It is important to note that guests must respond and arrive within 30 minutes to maintain their place on the wait list. Please indicate how many guests are in your party in the notes section, including their gender.
Failure to arrive within the allotted 15 minute time frame may result in delayed entry.
